Strategic HR Advisors is a leadership and experience design company founded by Dr. Jeanetta Darno. We help leaders reset, realign, and rise through transformational experiences rooted in clarity, courage, and connection.

Meet the Founder - Dr. Jeanetta Darno, PCC

Dr. Jeanetta Darno is a nationally recognized executive, researcher, and leadership strategist who creates breakthrough experiences that shift how leaders lead, how teams connect, and how cultures thrive. With more than 20 years as a senior HR executive and a doctorate in Organization Development, she blends research-driven insight, leadership psychology, and practical expertise to help individuals and organizations design culture and leadership with intention.

Her research on belonging and the employee experience — including her dissertation,
Employee Resource Groups: An Exploration of Illusion or Inclusion — explores how culture, identity, and organizational systems shape advancement, connection, and engagement. This foundation informs her work with leaders and organizations seeking to build environments where people and performance thrive together.

As Founder & CEO of Strategic HR Advisors and creator of The Breakthrough Collective™, Dr. Darno delivers high-impact leadership development experiences, research-backed keynotes, and curated gatherings that move leaders from intention to meaningful action.
